How Can We Help?

Hi, I’m Dylan, owner of Pritch Remodeling. We know how important your home is, and we don’t take your trust lightly. Growing up on a farm taught me how to fix things the right way – and that’s the same mindset we bring to every project. Whether you’re planning a remodel, updating a room, or taking on a bigger renovation, we’re here to keep it clear, respectful, and stress-free.

Below you’ll find answers to the questions we get most often. And if you don’t see what you need (or just want to talk it out), reach out. We’re always happy to help you plan what’s next.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the best materials for a new kitchen?

The best materials depend on your style, budget, and lifestyle. For countertops, quartz and granite are popular for their durability and look. Hardwood or luxury vinyl plank flooring offers a blend of beauty and resilience.

For cabinets, solid wood or plywood boxes last longer than particleboard. We’ll walk you through your options and help you choose what fits your needs best.

What’s the process of working with you?

It starts with a quick phone consultation to understand your project. Then we move to an on-site consultation, design and planning, where we help choose materials and layouts.

Once finalized, we schedule the project, pull any necessary permits, and get to work. Throughout the build, we keep you informed and involved, with a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Can I get financing for my home remodel?
Yes! We offer financing options to make your remodel more accessible so you don’t have to dip into your savings. Ask us for details and we’ll help you find a plan that works for your budget, and we’ll even help you apply and get approved faster!
Will I need a building permit for my remodel?

Most likely, yes. Any remodel that includes structural changes, electrical, plumbing, or load-bearing walls will require a permit. Don’t worry—we’ll handle all permitting for you and ensure the project complies with local codes.

What makes you different from other contractors?
We combine honest pricing, high-quality craftsmanship, and clear communication with a personal, relationship-first approach. Our team shows up on time, respects your home, and treats every project like it’s our own. No shortcuts, no surprises—just work you can trust.
What are the best materials for a new bathroom?

Bathrooms need moisture-resistant materials. Porcelain or ceramic tile is great for flooring and showers, while quartz or solid surface countertops resist stains and water damage.

For cabinets, we recommend plywood or moisture-resistant MDF with quality finishes. We’ll guide you toward materials that look great and hold up over time.

How messy will the remodel get?

Remodels do create some dust and disruption, but we take steps to minimize the mess—like sealing off work areas, protecting floors, and cleaning up daily.

We treat your home with care and leave the space tidy throughout the project.

Who will work on my project?

Your project will be handled by our team of experienced, background-checked professionals who specialize in remodeling. You’ll see the same familiar faces throughout your project, led by a dedicated project manager. We have a special guy who does the tile, the plumbing, the electrical, the shower installation, and more. We don’t work with ‘jacks of all trades’.

How will you communicate with me?
You’ll have a dedicated point of contact and regular updates via phone, text, or email—whichever you prefer. We’ll keep you in the loop on timelines, progress, and any decisions that need to be made.
When's the best time to start a kitchen or bath remodel?

That’s hard to say. Materials and labor prices have kept increasing year over year, and we expect this trend to go on. Now it might be the best time to start if you want the lowest price on finishes and materials. If you’re thinking of a timeline, many people start remodeling around January (so they can do outdoor projects in the summer) or during late summer (so they have a new home by holidays).
